A different starting point
See the person first.
Build from there.
Autism, disabilities, and special-needs conditions are not the sum of a person. They are differences that call for thoughtful environments, useful strategies, and people who know how to listen.
We partner with families, educators, and community teams to turn meaningful goals into everyday skills—from communicating a need for a break to navigating routines, relationships, learning, and independence.

Support for real life
Small steps can open
a much bigger world.
Our work is designed to travel with the individual: at home, in school, and throughout the community. We build skills that make participation, communication, and independence more possible.
Care shaped around meaningful goals.
How We Help
01.Individualized ABA therapy
Personalized ABA support built around the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all program. We identify meaningful goals, break skills into achievable steps, and use observation and data to guide thoughtful adjustments.
02.Communication Development
Support for developing practical ways to express wants, needs, feelings, choices, preferences, and boundaries with greater confidence and effectiveness.
03.Social & Daily Living Skills
Guidance for everyday routines, relationships, self-advocacy, community participation, safety, and the practical skills that can contribute to greater independence.
In Practice
Make Room for a Better Way to Say, “I Need a Break.”
Sometimes behavior communicates something that a person has not yet learned to express another way.
For example, when a task becomes overwhelming, a person may respond by attempting to escape or avoid the situation. Rather than focusing only on stopping the behavior, we look for opportunities to teach a clearer and more respectful communication option.
A break card, gesture, communication system, spoken request, or other individualized strategy may provide a more effective way to communicate the need for space.
We teach and reinforce useful skills that can help individuals participate more successfully while preserving dignity and choice.
“Support should make the next moment more possible, not simply make the moment disappear.”

Meet the Founder
Clinical Knowledge. A Heart for People.

Adonai ABA Center LLC was founded by Charity Eghaghe, a Qualified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with more than 12 years of experience working with individuals across special-needs categories in school systems.
Her experience has shaped a practical and compassionate perspective: effective support should be technically sound while remaining connected to the individual's real life.
At Adonai ABA Center, that philosophy informs how we work with individuals, families, educators, caregivers, and community partners.
